Just back from a captivating ten night stay exploring South Africa. We started (as one should) by learning a little about the heartbreaking history and important, lasting lessons of apartheid in Johannesburg, continued on to be amazed by the boho-artisan waterfront chic of Capetown, traveled down to the southernmost tip of the continent for a marine wildlife excursion and dip in the Atlantic, and finished it off with an amazing safari experience in a deluxe lodge. It’s the kind of place where pictures say more than words, so here are a few of my favorites.
