Our travel planning process falls
neatly into three phases:
dreaming + designing;
proposing + confirming;
preparing + departing.
We're tech forward. We use web based, interactive software for our proposals as well as a convenient mobile app for your itinerary delivery. Gone are the days of printing and schlepping papers around with you on vacation - everything from flights and resort confirmations to spa and dining reservations can all be tracked right on your phone and/or tablet.

Once you've completed that easy peasy form, you’ll receive a link inviting you to schedule a time for us to talk. This “getting to know you” call helps us to better understand your travel style, and go over how we can best work together to accomplish your travel goals.

Now, work begins in earnest. Using the information you provided in your form and during our call, we will work with our partners to curate an itinerary based upon your needs. We'll send over a proposal explaining why we’ve selected each property, and start to frame out what your itinerary will look like from start to finish.

book it!
Of course there may be some revisions along the way - but once you let us know it's a match made in heaven, we'll send you an invoice to secure the trip and our client agreement.
Once your reservation is complete, we can discuss tours and adventures, spa appointments, dining concepts and tips for self-guided exploration.
Around one month prior to travel, you will receive your a wrap-up email including access to your mobile app preloaded with your itinerary. And then... all that's left to do is pack a bag!
