Full-Service Travel Design
PLANNING FEE STARTING AT $250 PER TRIP
This is what Wanderology does best. Full-service travel design is for clients who want every detail handled, from the first hotel recommendation to the car waiting at the airport on arrival day. You bring the dream. We bring the expertise, the relationships, and the execution.
Planning a family trip? We specialize in crafting itineraries that work for every age - yes, including the teenagers.
What this includes:
A fully customized itinerary designed around your preferences, pace, and priorities. Comprehensive planning across accommodations, private transfers, experiences, and daily logistics. Flight guidance and ticketing support. Up to two proposal revisions and a recorded video walkthrough of your itinerary. Concierge services for dining reservations, spa appointments, and special arrangements. Access to your personalized digital itinerary app for easy reference while you travel. Pre-departure support and in-travel assistance for the duration of your trip.
Flight bookings are subject to a $50 ticketing fee per passenger.Planning fees are nonrefundable.
Streamlined Luxury Getaways
For select single-destination trips with a more straightforward scope, we offer a lighter planning approach that still reflects the Wanderology standard. This is best for travelers who want a beautifully chosen hotel, strong guidance, and a polished trip, but do not need the same level of complexity or customization as a full-service itinerary.

Planning your own trip but still want access to trusted hotel partnerships and insider destination knowledge? Wander Society is our hotel booking membership for independent travelers who want the benefits of working with a luxury advisor without full-service planning. Learn more and request membership here.
Your Investment
Wanderology's full-service planning is designed for travelers investing in a truly seamless, hightouch experience. Most of our itineraries begin at $15,000 for two travelers, with complex multi-destination trips, safaris, and longer journeys typically ranging higher.
Budget and scope are always discussed during your consultation so we can make sure we're the right fit for your trip. If your vision and budget aren't quite aligned yet, we'll tell you honestly and help you think through the options.
All budgets are based on two travelers and cover hotels and land arrangements. International flights, incidental spending, and gratuities are separate unless otherwise noted.
